Lucky Nugget Poker of the Prima Poker network (which is the poker room behind the poker room, so to speak), has one of the largest membership of any online poker rooms, and I would guess it lands somewhere in the top 7 or 8 for overall player count in real money stakes. Peak traffic at real money tables is about 550 to 600 players and tournament traffic is about the same.

Lucky Nugget Poker is secure and your privacy is safe, games are fair using a "random number generator" to deal the cards. This is one of the very few card rooms to not only offer 5 card stud, but actually have a game going on and in most cases, there are both lower and higher stakes tables in action. Texas two card hold'em, Omaha and Seven Card Stud are also featured and Lucky Nugget Poker has some of the most aggressive no-limit hold'em games that I have run across. *not for the faint of heart.

The software allows ample time between players for betting, calling, raising and of course, folding. This is one of the slower poker rooms which combined with its smaller stakes tables (they also have high stakes tables), is why I so often recommend Lucky Nugget Poker as a good place for beginners.

The pot- and no-limit rake at $5 is pretty good, but the lower straight limit games top-off at $1.50 which is rather high. Tournaments run about 10%. The % to view flop runs on average close to 50%, some tables reaching much higher.. The tournaments are also as loose, so expect a wild time at this poker room.

Free rolls abound for players having reached a set number of raked hands, and some have prize pools up to $30,000. Their is also a progressive bad beat jackpot in the hold’em games (only) the jackpot starts at $500 with $50 added daily. There is also a daily high-hand bonus.

There is telephone support and e-mail support. But the email version is rather slower.

You can email me if you have a problem (Steve@ KCsod.com <- split to hide from robots) with a casino you signed to play from this site. I stand behind my players and I trust the casinos I have listed. I will always work feverishly to right any wrong done to one of my players. The casinos all know me well and I have good contacts at nearly all of them. If yours is a legitimate complaint, the casino in question will make it right or I will stop promoting them on my sites.
