this letter she had shared winning the
high hand bonus of $750 instead of the $250 offered by all the other
*poker room faces) but her account was not credited the correct amount
that next day which happened to be a Friday or Sat, so I could not get
ahold of my contact until Monday,
she gave me permission to post in her
last letter, but in the one before it when she thought she wouldn't
get the extra money in bonus she asked me not to post the letter so
in respect to her I am posting just a couple of comments from the day
when things looked bleak followed by her entire letter the day after
when she had been credited the extra amount of bonus money as is
advertised on my sites.

I only laugh when I think if I went to
the Golden Tiger or Sands or whatever (brick) won some money and they
told me I had to come back in 2 days for my money. Do you really think
they would continue to get players in their door. I think not. In
respect for you I will quietly just cash out and not shout about the
mismanagement and false advertising.
Again I thank you for helping me in the other cashout problems I had,
but this has really weighed heavy on my mind, and my enjoyment of the
game.

And here is her final letter to me
which arrived the next day (I assume shortly after she was notified
the money had been added into her account by support lol).

Steve
Received this email
from GP .Please feel free to post to your sites. Again many thanks.
Must be a 24hr turn over for future reference. I feel so stupid right
now but I was so thrilled.
Congratulations you
were the joint high hand winner for 04/06/2003.
$250 has been credited to your Golden Tiger Poker account.
Kind Regards
Kerrie

Now in this case I
wasn't much help, as it was simply a matter of patience on the part of
the player, and everything was eventually made right. What had
happened was that she was credited part of the bonus, but the
particular poker room face (all Microgaming casino feed into one poker
room) that I had recommended to her, was having a special where they
were paying (if memory serves correctly) 3x the bonus offered at the
other poker room faces. So when she won, she got automatically half
the usual win, which was $125 since the high hand bonus at the time
was $250, and she'd split it with another player. But the extra $500
(added to $250 is $750, thus 3x the usual, then divide it by half
since she split and it comes to $375) so she was owed a difference of
$250. But this is extra money contributed by the poker room face, and
not the (parent) poker room, confusing, I know, but suffice to say she
was paid all she was owed, and because she trusted my judgment on the
best places to play, instead of getting $125, she got $375.
