troubleshooting: People I've helped, the poker room involved, and the
outcome.
this issue is a very long and drawn out
one; which entailed about 20 emails between myself and the parties in
question; and since my objective here is to provide proof that I do stand
behind players signed to casinos thru my sites; I see no reason to publish
anything but the beginning and the outcome of a situation that I had a
hand in helping to right.

reasons:
Hey I'm a friend of Andy, and like andy I've
been having lots of problems and I email the casino but never get an
email. Now I can't Log on to my account they locked it, and it isn't
because of password....I'm the one andy refer to about them sending me
an email "complaining Bitch", I saw u on line at the poker can u please
ask poker manager what is happening to me, no one seems to hear me at
the casino PLEASE

what I received in response as to the final outcome of the above
situation:

please understand that in order to
protect the player; the person that helped me make this right; and any
third parties not mentioned here; from any kind of reprimand from the
casino in question; that in this particular incident; I cannot publish
the names and parties involved save myself. You will just have to trust
me on this one.
