*************** Exclusive Guarantee My guarantee covers the money you most recently deposited. It is a sincere gesture that if a casino (or poker room) doesn't pay you on a legitimate cash-in (without fraud/bonus abuse), which is how the majority of cheating is done, by non-payment of funds: then I will pay you with my own money the cost of your last deposit so that at the least, you are not out any money from your own pocket. |
Texas Two Card hold'em Poker tips for high stakes gamesHold-em Texas poker strategy for game stakes if you are in a poker game and an opponent raises the initial bet; if you are scared off because you feel that is too much to bet; they must have a good hand; then you are playing at too high a level of game stakes for your personal comfort level. Poker, and actually gambling in general; should be viewed as entertainment. Sure its nice to watch the travel channel when they feature the poker championships, to picture yourself up there playing to win the big pot. But the truth is; is that you're likely never going to be one of those people on tv, so why play games where the stakes are so high you have to check with your accountant before you call a bet? You are never going to play with the kind of confidence you need to be successful; if you are constantly allowing the amount of the money bet; to determine whether you stay in the game or not: it just isn't sound thinking. This is a game saturated with liars; that's the biggest part of the game; is to figure out when somebody is lying , and when they are not. You can never base your decision on whether someone is raising; or betting a lot. The reason for this is many; but for starters; a good player will often raise at the beginning of the hand, usually right after the flop; if he has a weak hand. That scares off other weak hands that later might potentially catch two of a kind and steal the pot. An example might be the flop reveals a 9, 5, and king. The good player has a 69, and the player before him, holding a king,2; bets. The good player should raise at this point which does two things; it scares off weak hands; but it also does something else the stronger hand isn't considering (usually). ...... It buys you a free look at that next card; because even though a king is held in the opponent's hand; they check to your raise from earlier, fully expecting you to bet. You can then at that point call the check and you get a "free" look at the next card; which might be that second nine you had been hoping for. The "free look" is because the first round of bets after the flop are less than the last two round of bets (fixed game stakes).
