Tips for playing Texas Two Card hold'em Poker

Hold'em poker, Texas style; must conform to the rules of all poker hands; so for that reason; try to keep these simple; but sometimes over-looked or dis-regarded rules of the game in mind and I'll explain my point in a working situation.

Hold'em poker, 6 chair game: the table action has been mediocre at best; most poker hands being won by a pair or two: perhaps the occasional flush. The current hand on the table is everything that is going to come; from flop to the river; and the result is a pair of queens and a pair of kings showing with a 4 for a kicker.

Nobody had come out betting so it is likely that nobody has a pair of aces; a king, or a queen. the next logical hand to win what is on the table: is the hole card ace;

so if you have that ace; or even a jack, you should consider betting it. Often the simple act of betting will cause the remaining players to fold their hands, but if they decide to call; all the better. If they held any kind of a hand that is a threat to you, they would have already bet it by now.
