There may be a reason or it may be a glitch, but it certainly is annoying thing to get around at times. The "quick check options" (at the bottom of most poker rooms) for advanced betting/folding/calling : is different than to which I am accustomed. They kept appearing and disappearing so fast I didn't have time to check the appropriate box.
